For children under 3 years breakfast is free. The kitchen is made available to prepare meals for babies. Children and teenagers under 12 years are charged 50% of room rate.
Children and children under 12 years old pay 50% of the full rate.
Consecutive stays not exceeding 1 week are accepted;
Discounted prices to be agreed upon for handicapped persons and accompanying persons
The price includes:
- Overnight.
- Different kind of breakfast.
- All utilities.
- Linen.
- Use of the internet Wi-fi.
Excluding the tourist tax (1 € per person for the first 5 nights).
Rules for booking
These brief regulations are understood to be fully accepted at the time of booking.
– Departure: rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
– Reservation: you must indicate the preferred room, number of adults and number of children, time of arrival, full details of all guests, a telephone number for any misunderstandings.
–Confirmation of reservation: will take place within 48 hours, otherwise please contact us again, phone call preferred.
– Acknowledged confirmation: it is necessary within 48 hours to pay by bank transfer, a security deposit equal to the total cost of 1 night.
– Security Deposit: will be retained in case of staying less than the reservation made and in case of no-show on the scheduled date.

- In cash at check-out (subject to 30% security deposit at reservation).
- By POS at check out.
- By bank transfer.
